Open Sky Deep Stretch & Meditation Workshop Previews: Part One

This Sunday January 13th from 2 - 5 pm I will teach my Open Sky Deep Stretch and Meditation Workshop at Santa Monica Yoga.
This will be an introduction to 5 different meditation techniques and a chance to see which one might be a good doorway in for each participant. The meditations will be short and broken up with my Open Sky Deep Stretch sequence - which is an excellent preparation to sit and meditate!
Many people are intimidated by meditation - it helps just to see it as a way of training the mind, drop any agenda or expectation and simply return to the exercise whenever you notice your mind has drifted away.
