Resource Meditation Part One
Resource Meditation Part Two
"Resourcing" is an idea and an experiential process from somatic psychology. "Pointing out instructions" are a traditional way to enter into meditative states, Here, I am guiding you through 6 dimensions of your being: physical, emotional, mental, witnessing, simple being, and the unconscious.
Think of this as Multidimensional Pointing out Instructions for Resourcing. The process/techniques are all about being present with and exploring various aspects of who you already are, and require no belief - they are meant to support inquiry, healing, embodiment and spiritual development in a grounded, direct way.
The idea is to create a space for experiential inquiry and exploration that allows you to identify real here and now resources that support you.
This kind of resource meditation allows access to a sense of well-being, calm, groundedness, energized aliveness, spiritual open-ness, wonder, beauty, pleasure, compassion - whatever you might need or have access to on a given day. Ideally, this approach would be partnered with more fearless inquiry techniques, but just the art of getting resourced is really important for many of us to emphasize for some time...
My ongoing yoga classes, workshops, bodywork sessions, trainings, and retreats are all based on the relationships between breath, presence, compassion, resourcing techniques, energetic/emotional process, inquiry and community support. I use yoga, meditation, touch, breath, and free-form dance as vehicles for this 21st Century Spirituality.

Julian, you have an Excellent meditation technique (I read it first, liked what I read and then listened to your first video).
Have you thought about adding a music background to your video as you speak the meditation? I think it would really add a significant benefit to the experience….(I experienced a lot of “white noise” that distracted a bit….)
Check out Samme's blog…
Rock on Dude!
this is wonderful and beautiful and helpful…but appeals to a whole other aspect of myself than what the secret does…so, what i am pointing out here, julian, is that, no wonder that movie appeals to so many…perhaps the secret would not be such a diservice if when rev. michael mentions the part about blocks from manifestation coming from the subconcious or what not, that would be a great place to insert what you have here…then, maybe the secret would not be a total loss…becasue it does appeal to so many for a reason, and although it is materialistic and all that, it would have been much more responsible for the creators to include (in addition to what you consider utter nonsense…which it may be…) a solid introduction to some more useful and responsible information to resource themselves with so that when that necklace doesn;t appear, or that hepatitis doesn't go away cause the y became grateful, their interest in the concept of spirituality does not vanish…in fact, i hear they might be making a secret part 2 (oh, yes, your dream come true, i know…)…maybe you could write to someone or do something to be a part of their including this much more responsible information…just a thought…but thanks for the fix, mr…always a pleasure doin' business with you…love and blessings…S.
Julian: This is a beautiful gift of peace and depth. I completely immersed in it. Would you be willing to post this in the “Resources” section of Camp Happiness? Note that you can also post information about your classes in the “Authors, Consultants…” section, and a free classified in the classified section as well.
I'd love to have this available to Campers… :) !!
Congratulations again on your appearance on the Jeff Rense site. I hope this is the first of many posts there for you! Blessings, H.
well, sa'rah - i think hey would include more responsible/grounded/less delusional stuff they knew about it and/or thought it was valuable - but based on the movie they actually made….the pieces that would make their partial truths palatable to my perspective are completely absent.
there is however a responsible way to present positive thinking, goal setting etc…and a spiritual sense of self-actualization and expressing your essence in the world…
i went this direction as a way to point out that one can substitute real resources for fantasy ones….
btw have you seen pan's labyrinth yet ? - i think talking about the mythic/fairy tale/psychological themes in this brilliant film will be a blog subject for me soon…
surprisingly enough, i have not seens pans labyrinth yet…but i see your point.
